Biol 2401: Anatomy & Physiology I: Lecture & Lab

 Biol 2401 provides a detailed study of the structure and function of the human body with emphasis on gross anatomy, histology and physiology. This course is the first part of a two course sequence. Biol 2401 includes a general introduction to the the biological study of the human body and more detailed discussions of the Integumentary, Skeletal, Muscular, Nervous and Sensory systems of the body. This course is designed for students entering professional programs such as nursing, especially those who will be transferring to other institutions

Skills: I, Reading, Writing and Math competency.  Prerequisite High School biology with proff of competency through ACC departmental exam
